Welcome to Ormiston Denes Academy Admissions, where you will find an overview of entry to the academy. For all enquiries please contact the admissions office where our staff will be pleased to help you.
Students normally join the academy in Year 7. Occasional entry is possible into other year groups, however we are oversubscribed in some areas so in-year admissions cannot be guaranteed.
Before applying, we would encourage you to visit the academy. We have Open Afternoons and Evenings in both the Autumn and Summer Term and they provide an ideal opportunity to view our wonderful facilities and to meet our students and staff.
For in-year admissions it is recommended that you also visit the academy on a normal working day, meet senior staff and discuss what the academy can offer your child. Visits are often booked up at least three weeks in advance so early enquiry is advised.
Open Evening 2018 is taking place on the 25th September from 5.30pm to 8.00pm.
To apply for a place in the standard Year 6 into Year 7 intake please follow this guidance. To apply for a place under the in-year admissions process please complete the ADM1 2018-2019 school application form.

Further information for admissions can be found on the Suffolk County Council website.
