The First Response 24/7 freephone line is for people in Norfolk and Suffolk and is for anyone who feels their mental health is being adversely affected and need help. It is staffed by mental health professionals from NSFT, to provide reassurance, self-help advice, support and signposting.

PACT is a website which was formed to help support parents and carers where there is concern for children and young people’s mental health in Suffolk.

Qwell is an adult extension of Kooth, covering adult mental health in Waveney for 18-99 year olds.
