The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is having an impact on everyone’s daily lives. We have included some links to information below that you may find helpful.

The First Response 24/7 freephone line is for people in Norfolk and Suffolk and is for anyone who feels their mental health is being adversely affected and need help. It is staffed by mental health professionals from NSFT, to provide reassurance, self-help advice, support and signposting.
